Yoga That Meets You Where You Are
Women move through many different seasons of life. Our bodies change, our energy shifts and our needs evolve.
Yet the way we practise yoga doesn’t always reflect the natural changes and needs of the body.
This training invites you to look deeper — to understand the female body, its natural rhythms and changing needs and to explore how Yin Yoga can be adapted to support women more consciously and individually.
By exploring the female body, its natural rhythms and changing needs, we can begin to approach Yin Yoga in a more conscious and individual way — creating space to listen, adapt and honour the body as it changes and evolves over time.

Feel. Integrate. Lead.
The core of this training is a balanced dialogue between quiet introspection and professional mastery. You won't just learn the theory of Yin, you will experience the practice as a primary tool for your own well-being before learning to hold that space for others.
Through daily practice sessions, exploring different pose variations and collaborative teaching labs, we bridge the gap between knowing and doing. You will learn to adapt the practice to different bodies and needs, find your voice and develop the confidence to guide women with sensitivity and awareness.
